O2 For Everyone makes every effort to ensure that the products you purchase arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item being delivered, we offer a free replacement within 5 days of product delivery.

If a prepaid order is not accepted at the time of delivery, a credit note will be issued for the amount paid (excluding delivery charges). This credit note can be used for future purchases on our website and will remain valid for 180 days from the date of issuance.

Please note that O2 For Everyone will not be responsible for any delivery concerns if you fail to notify us within 5 working days of receiving your order.

For a successful pick-up, the product must be in its:

  • Original condition with outer box or case

  • User manual (if applicable)

  • Warranty cards

  • Other accompaniments in the manufacturer’s packaging

Once the pick-up is successfully completed, your replacement product will be delivered to you within 72 hours.
