Cancellation Policy

O2 For Everyone makes every effort to ensure that the products you purchase arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a free replacement within 5 days of delivery.

If a prepaid order is not accepted at the time of delivery, a credit note will be issued for the amount paid (excluding delivery charges). This credit note can be used for future purchases on our website and will remain valid for 180 days from the date of issuance.

Our team may contact you to verify the reported damage or defect before processing the replacement.

⚠️ Please note: O2 For Everyone will not be responsible for delivery concerns if you fail to notify us within five working days of receiving your order.

For a successful pick-up, the product must be inspected and returned in the following condition:

  • Original condition with outer box or case

  • User manual

  • Warranty cards

  • Other accompaniments in manufacturer packaging

Once the product is picked up and verified, the replacement will be delivered to you within 72 hours.
