O2 For Everyone makes every effort to ensure that the products you purchase arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a free replacement within 5 days of delivery.

If a prepaid order is not accepted upon delivery, a credit note will be issued for the amount paid (excluding delivery charges). This credit note can be redeemed for future purchases on our website and will remain valid for 180 days from the date of issuance.

Our team may get in touch with you to verify the damage or defect before processing the replacement.

⚠️ Please note: O2 For Everyone will not be responsible for any delivery concerns if we are not notified within five working days of receiving your order.

For a successful product pick-up, the following must be returned in original condition:

  • Outer box or case

  • User manual

  • Warranty cards

  • Any other items included in the manufacturer’s packaging

Once the product is successfully picked up, your replacement will be delivered within 72 hours.
