Returns and Replacements

 

We at O2 For Everyone make every effort to ensure that the products you purchase arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a free replacement within 5 days of delivery.

Replacement Process

 

For a successful pickup of your item, please ensure it is in its original condition with all original packaging and accessories, including:

  • The outer box or case

  • User manual

  • Warranty cards

  • Any other items that came in the manufacturer’s packaging

Once the product is successfully picked up and inspected, your replacement will be delivered to you within the next 72 hours.
